“Trees of different kinds”
Imagine seeing yourself as a tree in a forest.
A forest is made up of different kinds of trees.
Some are saplings, others sturdy oaks, and some are pine trees, etc.
You know Pines are used for Christmas trees!
Have you ever been in a forest and listened to the sounds?
You hear the bristling of leaves together when it is a little windy.
You also hear the crackling of the branches touching each other.
Then hear the sounds of birds and crickets which live in the trees.
The lovely chorus of nature!
Imagine being one of those trees,
A human Soul in disguise.
The divine force in that tree would know God’s presence!
It would know that each tree is to a certain degree dependent on the others.
For growth, for strength, and for the beauty of the trees together as One.
Each tree then also would realize and know that:
ONE TREE ALONE DOES NOT MAKE A FOREST.
Trees are Created by God to have their own mission.
They grow and bear fruit or seeds to multiply.
Each tree gives birds and other life forms shelter, protection, and food.
What we can learn from trees is that they can “bend with the wind!”
When they bend with the wind, they do not break!
Also, the tallest trees catch the most winds, but protect the smaller trees.
Trees stay strong especially as a forest together, they support each other.
Many trees can have a long, long life and see many humans come and go!
Those trees witness in Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring all our actions.
Trees have to be taken care of, protected and respected!
You can communicate in your heart with the trees which are full of life!
Let them know you appreciate shading under them from the hot sun.
Appreciate their beautiful and different colors in the fall.
The leaves will fall but new green leaves re-appear in the Spring.
It is God’s Created nature of which we are a part, to enjoy.
Thank God for nature to teach us lessons!
Remember always to say a prayer of protection,
The light of God surrounds me.
The love of God enfolds me,
The power of God protects me
The presence of God watches over me,
Wherever I am God is!
And all is well
